Hind Media Network is a private digital media platform that allows individuals to contribute and publish content as independent contributors.

All memberships are organizational and do not constitute employment, partnership, or government affiliation.

2. MEMBERSHIP

• Membership is granted after successful registration and payment.
• The validity of membership is as per the selected plan.
• Membership is non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate and genuine information during registration
• Submit only original and lawful content
• Avoid posting false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Follow ethical standards of communication and reporting
• Respect platform rules and community guidelines

4. CONTENT POLICY

• All submitted content is subject to review and approval
• Hind Media Network reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove content without prior notice
• The member is solely responsible for the content they submit

5. ID CARD & REPRESENTATION

• Membership ID cards are issued for identification within Hind Media Network only
• Members must not misuse the ID card as government authority
• Members cannot claim to be government-accredited journalists or officials

6. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

• All payments made for memberships are non-refundable
• Membership fees are subject to change without prior notice
• Renewal is required after expiration to continue services

7. PRO MEMBERSHIP (DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE)

• Pro Members may build teams and onboard new members
• Any earnings or commissions depend on performance and company policies
• No fixed income or guaranteed earnings are promised
• The organization reserves the right to modify commission structures

8. TERMINATION

Hind Media Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership:

• In case of rule violations
• Misuse of ID or platform
• Submission of false or harmful content

No refund will be provided upon termination.

9. LIABILITY

• Hind Media Network is not responsible for any legal issues arising from member actions
• Members are solely responsible for their conduct and published content

10. PRIVACY

• User data is collected for registration and operational purposes only
• We do not sell or misuse personal data

11. MODIFICATIONS

Hind Media Network reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
