1. NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made towards membership fees are non-refundable.

Once a membership is purchased and access to services is granted, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

2. SERVICES COVERED

This no-refund policy applies to all services including:

• Membership plans (Basic, Standard, Premium, Pro)
• Digital ID cards, certificates, and joining letters
• Physical ID cards and delivery charges
• Any additional services or upgrades

3. EXCEPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by the user
• Technical error resulting in failed service delivery (subject to verification)

In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours of payment with valid proof.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Membership once activated cannot be cancelled
• Users may choose not to renew after expiry

5. TERMINATION

If a membership is suspended or terminated due to violation of rules:

• No refund will be provided
• All associated services will be discontinued

6. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Users are advised to contact us directly before raising any payment dispute.

Unnecessary disputes or chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of membership.
